R.E.C. has a licensed Professional Engineer on staff to help with your residential or mechanical engineering needs. When you want to build a unique home for yourself or your family R.E.C. has the talent to bring your ideas to fruition. Your solution by working with the designer, builder, and engineer to provide an economical and practical solution for you. R.E.C. has also build and developed real estate which brings an understanding of the process and urgency people have to complete projects as fast as possible.

R.E.C works with Architects, homeowners and builders to create successful projects and is capable of project management. Based on jurisdiction requirements you may need an architect or registered designer by law.

• R.E.C. has engineered residences in Washington and Texas.

• Commercial engineering includes industrial tooling in the Boeing Everett factory, boat building structure in Sequim in Washington, and No-Comply Skate shop in Austin Texas.

• Wind and Seismic code compliance per ASCE 7, SDPWS, IBC and IRC.

• Wood, Steel, and Aluminum structures per AWS, NDS, AISC, and ADM. Occasionally transportation codes are required as well such as SAE.

• Concrete foundations and structures.

• In additional to the above R.E.C. has worked with large and small building departments, including the City of Austin, TX, Okanogan County, WA and the City of Sequim, WA.
